FAQDo I need to stop selling to the EU because of GPSR?No.GPSR does not automatically mean that you must stop selling to the EU.However, if you continue selling products to EU consumers, you may need to prepare product information, safety information, label information, and, where required, EU Responsible Person information.What is an EU Responsible Person?An EU Responsible Person is an EU-based contact point for product safety matters.When a non-EU seller sells products to EU consumers, EU contact information may be required depending on the product type and selling arrangement.Can you become my EU Responsible Person?For eligible products, yes, after review.We do not automatically accept every product.We first review the product type, materials, intended use, expected users, and potential safety risks.Depending on the review result, we may be unable to support the product, or we may ask for additional information.What products do you support?We mainly support non-electrical consumer products.Examples may include accessories, pin badges, keychains, stationery, paper goods, and small handmade products.Products such as cosmetics, food-contact items, medical devices, PPE, electronics, battery-powered products, and children’s toys may not be supported or may require separate review.What information do I need to send?Usually, we need the product name, product photos, packaging photos, main materials, surface finish, additional parts, supplier or source information, and any existing label or warning text.You do not need to have everything ready from the beginning.If you are not sure about an item, you can write “Not sure”.If something does not apply, you can write “None”.Do I need a test report?Not always.For simple products, we can usually start the initial review with product photos, material information, supplier confirmation, and existing listing information.However, if the product has specific risks or may fall under additional regulations, further documents or test reports may be needed.Do you support EPR or other regulations?Our current service mainly focuses on GPSR, EU Responsible Person support, and label/listing support.Other obligations, such as EPR, packaging registration, WEEE, batteries, CE, and REACH, may depend on the product type, materials, and destination country.We may point out possible issues during the initial review, but registration work is not automatically included.Does this service guarantee full legal compliance?No.Product safety and legal responsibility remain primarily with the manufacturer or seller.Our service provides practical GPSR support based on the information you provide.Depending on the product, additional review, testing, certification, or separate professional advice may be required.
